You can reach the clinic by phone or by using the online scheduler described below. When you contact us that way, we receive whatever you choose to tell us — for example your name, phone number, and the reason you are calling. We use that information to respond to you and to arrange care.

Please do not send detailed medical information by ordinary email. Email is not a secure channel. Call the clinic instead, or raise it at your visit.

4. Online scheduling

The booking area on our home page is an embedded scheduling window operated by our electronic health record vendor, CharmHealth (ehr.charmtracker.com). When you book through it, the information you enter goes to that scheduling system under our agreement with the vendor — not into this website. New patients are sent intake forms and consents through that same system to complete before the visit.

That vendor handles information on our behalf as part of providing care, and is bound by its agreement with us and by applicable law. Its own handling of your information is governed by that relationship and by our Notice of Privacy Practices, not by this website policy.

5. Third-party services involved in serving this site

Two services are involved in delivering these pages to your browser. Neither is used by us for advertising or visitor profiling, but each necessarily receives basic technical information — including your IP address — because that is how the web works.

• Cloudflare — sits in front of our website to serve pages quickly and to protect the site from abuse. It processes request information for those purposes.
• Google Fonts — our typefaces are loaded from Google's servers (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com), so your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads.

These providers handle that information under their own privacy terms. We do not receive analytics or reports about individual visitors from them.

6. Cookies

This website does not set its own cookies and does not use cookie-based tracking or advertising. The services above may set limited cookies for security or delivery purposes as part of operating the site. The scheduling window is operated by our EHR vendor and may set cookies necessary for booking to function.

There is one thing this website stores in your browser, and it is not a cookie and not tracking. If you dismiss the small "Ready to book?" bar at the bottom of the page, we save a single note in your browser's local storage so the bar stays closed on your next visit. It holds no information about you, it is never sent to us or to anyone else, and clearing your browser data removes it.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so should not prevent you from reading this website, though it may affect the scheduling window.

7. How we use information

Information you send us is used to respond to you, schedule and provide care, meet our legal and professional obligations, and operate the practice. We do not use it for advertising to you based on your health interests.

8. When we share information

We do not sell your information. We share it only where necessary: with vendors that support the practice under agreements requiring them to protect it, with other providers involved in your care where permitted or directed by you, and where we are required to by law. Health information is shared in accordance with HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices.

This website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We take reasonable measures to protect information in our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security — which is why we ask you not to send detailed medical information by ordinary email.
